COVID-19 and Cancellation Policies

Safety is our number one priority at Western River Anglers. With safety in mind, we have developed optional services for you to consider when fishing with us during the COVID-19 pandemic. All our trips are fully private and customizable. We will contact you before your trip to discuss your individual needs and safety desires.

Our guides are prepared to wear masks when in close proximity and any other time you desire. Please bring your own mask. Guides will provide sanitizer and antibacterial wipes for frequent use throughout the day. We offer individually sealed and pre-packaged snacks and drinks (and fully customizable lunch on all-day trips). Or choose to bring your own food and beverage. Please let us know if you have any dietary needs or special requests!

We also offer you the option to drive to the river in the safety of your own vehicle. We can meet you and have your vehicle shuttled to the finishing point. Shuttle services have developed a list of safety protocols for cleaning and sanitizing. The added benefit of driving separately is that you can safely head off on your own at the end of your fishing day instead of waiting for your guide to pack up.

Western River Anglers requires a 100% deposit at the time of booking. Western River Anglers accepts cash, check, American Express, Mastercard, and Visa. The deposit is refundable minus a $25 per guide/ boat cancellation fee for trips cancelled outside of 72 hours before the trip. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 3 days prior to your trip. We are flexible due to last minute emergencies, but there are generally no refunds for trips cancelled within 72 hours.
